Dr. Rasweiler graduated from Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine in upstate New York. She is a second generation veterinarian and grew up following her father around his clinic and out on farm calls. She has experience with many species but now focuses primarily on small animals (and the odd goat here and there).
Her main interests lie in dermatology, as well as hospice and palliative care. She enjoys giving back to the community and has spent time over the last 3 summers in South Dakota volunteering with the Rural Area Veterinary Services team at Native American Reservations providing free care to those in need.
In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors (one of the main factors drawing her across the country to the West coast). Some of her hobbies include: backpacking, rock climbing, and skiing. She also enjoys gardening and crocheting.
